I work with women and teenagers aged 16 and over who want to understand themselves better, find their inner footing and build healthier relationships.
In our sessions, we make sense of your emotions, step out of old patterns and help you reconnect with who you are.

“

The session was genuinely helpful, and I felt completely at ease. Olga was attentive, professional and empathetic — she helped me make sense of my situation and gave me practical advice. I came away feeling lighter and much clearer. Thank you for your support! 🌹

Areas of Practice

01

Emotional regulation and difficult states

DBT and CBT

  • Intense, overwhelming emotions: difficulty tolerating and managing outbursts of anger, acute anxiety, shame or guilt.
  • Emotional ups and downs: frequent mood swings, high sensitivity to stress and impulsive reactions.
  • A sense of inner emptiness: persistent low mood, depressive states, and feelings of loneliness or abandonment.
  • Distress tolerance skills: for times when crises feel impossible to get through without self-harm or other destructive patterns.

02

Your relationship with yourself and others

CBT

  • Self-criticism and impostor syndrome: working with perfectionism, impossibly high standards and a sense of not being “good enough”.
  • Personal boundaries: struggling to say no, fear of conflict, and relying heavily on other people’s approval.
  • Understanding your emotions: learning to recognise, experience and put into words what you feel and what you truly need.

03

Clinical psychological assessment

  • Comprehensive assessment: an in-depth evaluation of thinking, emotional and personality functioning, and character, using a set of psychodiagnostic methods (MMPI, the Lüscher test, the Ammon test and others).
  • Working with psychiatrists: detailed, expert-level clinical reports to help clarify a diagnosis and plan the right course of care.

04

Format and languages

  • Clients: women and teenagers aged 16 and over.
  • Languages: English and Russian (fully fluent).
  • Approach: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.

Sessions & fees

I work within cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), helping you notice your thoughts, understand your feelings and develop new ways of responding. This approach helps you regain stability, clarity and self-respect.

Sessions take place online via Zoom, last 60 minutes and cost $100.

Olga Elsawy

To help you ease in and see whether we’re a good fit, there’s a simple three-step structure:

1. First session — $50.
This is an introductory meeting. You tell me what’s brought you here, and I explain how we’ll work together.
This amount is automatically credited towards your next session.

2. Second session — $50.
There’s nothing extra to pay: your first session already covers the second.
In other words, you get two full sessions for the price of one.

3. All further sessions — $100.
From here, we work in a structured way on your reactions, anxiety, relationships and new skills.

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
If a client doesn’t join within
15 minutes, the session counts as completed.

Education & approach

My first degree was in law, which gave me a structured way of thinking and a deep respect for personal boundaries.
I then trained in psychology, which gives me a solid foundation for working with inner states, emotions and relationships.
I continue to train, attend regular supervision and keep developing in psychotherapy and personal growth.
My work is grounded in care, awareness and respect for each person’s individuality.
My aim isn’t to give advice, but to help you hear yourself and find answers that truly feel right for you.
